Exchange Policy

Our exchange policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must also have your receipt.

Event Purchases

Any item(s) sold at an event are final sale and not eligible for an exchange.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Shipping

1. To exchange your product, please contact us at sandy@tailoredinfluence.com to receive return shipping information. You will be responsible for the return shipping and exchange shipping cost.
   Due to limited quantities if the product is no longer available for exchange a store credit will be issued for the original purchase price not including shipping.
